I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. My most recent experience as General Manager for New Zealand's largest day spa group Forme Spa www.formespa.co.nz. I was responsible for 10 direct reports and approximately 50 staff. I particularly enjoy managing a multi site group, the challenges that go along with it and the opportunity to connect with people.
