Direct leadership and management of a dynamic portfolio of aviation related professional training products and services. Delivered significant increase in training revenues through identifying and promoting initiatives to develop training revenues to attain the business plan and CAA strategic objectives in respect of both safety initiatives and financial needs. Overall accountability for all CAA International training services for the UK CAA/CAAi aviation training portfolio. Direct responsibility for all aviation training consultancy, training materials and delivery standards, ensuring that the delivery of training services and products is in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and meets the standards and expectations defined by the customer.
