• I lead a team of 4 people who maintain the day to day updates required within the knowledge platform, hosted on SharePoint 13. • By improving the structure of the team, the way in which we accept work requests and implementing a group of Knowledge Ambassadors across all of our sites worldwide I have be able to grow the knowledge base considerably. Increasing the unique users per day from 200, to 1,300, worldwide, resulting in the content increasing from 50 process pages to 1400. • I have implemented a governance process to ensure that all of the content held within the knowledge base is reviewed as and when required resulting in consistent and current information being available. • Following continuous engagement with feedback sought from those who utilise the and key stakeholders I now have a set of requirements and am currently tendering to enhance our knowledge platform, looking at possible improvements utilising the upgrade of SharePoint and Office 365, and also alternative external solutions.

• British Gas Business completed a upgrade of SAP 4.0, to 7.0. I formed part of the design team looking at the CRM aspect SAP to ensure that all business requirements were met.• Being a UAT Lead with a team of 4 people completing the end to end testing. Managing the creation of test scripts, test execution, raising and resolution of defects ensuring that all processes were operating as per there functional specifications prior to agreeing to a Go decision. • Business Readiness Lead for our Customer Care department both in the UK and Cape Town. Responsible for the learning that all learning were created and planned in and completed in time for deployment. Post implementation support provided from a team of incident handlers to raise and fix defects found in a timely manner to ensure the least disruption for frontline and customers. • I went to our outsourced partner in Cape Town to assist in their business readiness needs, ensuring a smooth learning delivery, creating them a support hub network to funnel all incidents to ensure a timely resolution.• Stakeholder engagement to ensure that they were kept informed of all design proposals, progress, and timelines on deliverables to receive a Go decision.
