I am a partner in Forbes Hare’s dispute resolution and contentious insolvency team, based in the Cayman Islands and in Hong Kong.Originally English and Irish qualified (now non-practising in both jurisdictions), I am qualified in both the Cayman Islands and the BVI and have experience of large scale commercial work and cross-border insolvency in both jurisdictions. The majority of my work involves Cayman companies, investment funds, partnerships and trusts, with a wide variation on those themes, including Cayman fair value litigation.
