She much prefers heart and soul of small towns like Theodore where she currently lives with her husband and two children on their family irrigation and cotton farm. Fleur has carved out a career for herself from this town of 500 people in rural community economic development and advocacy and experience in industries such as agriculture, mining, gas, philanthropy and now leads the Statewide team in the Office for Rural and Regional Queensland in the Department of Premier and Cabinet. Fleur is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leaders Program, a member of the Cotton Australia Board and the Board of the Red Earth Community Foundation and the newly established Central Queensland Hospital Foundation.
