• Development and delivery of a crisis exercise for a major UK high street / internet retailer to test their new plan for responding to PCI-DSS issues.

• Leading the development and implementation of a full-scale University-wide business continuity management programme.This involved:
• running a series of Risk Assessment & BIA workshops;
• presenting at quarterly BCM townhalls;
• establishing individual scope and strategies for 23 separate areas (incl. 8 faculties, LSRIs and Service Divisions) with senior management sign-off for each;
• creating a BCP template flexible enough for the uniquely federated environment;
• implementing customised BCPs in each area based on the standardised template;
