In this role I was the Leader of HR Click which supported our people, leaders and HR Community on a broad range of operational and transactional HR queries within the Shared Services team. As part of this role, I worked closely with Centre's of Excellence, HR Consulting and Business Partnering to deliver a seamless HR interaction. HR Click responds to questions on HR policies & procedures and HR Information Systems via an online portal. As the Manager for HR Click I was responsible for 7 HR Advisors and 4 HR Admin Support team members across Sydney and Melbourne. The team aimed to deliver a consistent, accurate, customer centric response within 24 hours.

I led a team of 4 HR Business Partners across NSW/ACT with responsibility for delivering comprehensive strategic and consultative services and project initiatives to Executives and Senior Managers across Finance, IT, Legal, Transformation, Long Tail Claims and Retail Business Insurance. I was heavily involved in the implementation of the PeopleDirect Shared Services model and I managed the team through inception to first anniversary. PeopleDirect provided support and coaching on performance management, managing ill and injured workers, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, excess leave, salary continuance, workplace grievances, investigations and breaches of the Code of Conduct. I managed & mentored 8 HR Consultants and Advisors who provided HR assistance, coaching and advice to approx. 4500 managers and employees across the Direct Insurance business.

I was responsible for leading a team of 4 HR Co-ordinators to complete criminal history checks, employment contracts, staff movements and first level HR enquiries.
