I am an engaged, powerful and spontanious manager, capable to steer my team towards greater heights by using an open and honest approach and by giving clear directions. I like to discuss issues in the open and am always looking for an solid solution for the future. I am experienced in steering complex (IT) programs and in managing IT application support and development teams. Until December 2019 I was managing ING´s Tech Academy. As of December 2019, I joined the COO Risk and Finance domain in ING, reporting into de Chief Data Officer Risk and Finance. I am not afraid to confront issues and dare to challenge the status quo, always keeping in mind my own strengts. With me, no empty promises, but a clear `walk the talk´ mentality.My strength can also be found in my ability to take decisions and in deepening collaboration and partnerships. I believe that anyone is responsible for her own path in life and with the right support can find her own talent. I see it as my job to help in that. My mission is to use my connecting and coaching talents to make colleagues florish and grow and with that, to help the organization I work in to reach its objectives.
