I joint the Proptimize Team in January 2021. Identifying the best opportunities for our clients is what I do best. I have a countrywide experience (I worked in Brabant, the Rotterdam Region and Amsterdam Region) and an extensive network. I will be responsible for further expansion of the asset management and development portfolio. Meanwhile I am building on our existing portfolios for our clients.Previously, I worked for CBRE, starting off as a leasing consultant in the larger Amsterdam Region, providing strategic advice to real estate investors. Whilst doing so I built up my network and knowledge of the office market. In 2017 I decided to switch my focus to Occupier Advisory in the greater Rotterdam Region during which time I advised many corporates and national companies on their real estate strategy, I executed numerous relocation projects and provided advice on the optimization of larger portfolios. In my last position as Associate Director I was responsible for acquiring new business on both the investor and occupier side.I started my career in Real Estate in 2008, as a nationally orientated valuer at Cushman & Wakefield (former DTZ Zadelhoff) for nearly 3 years. My ambition for a far more commercial role made me switching jobs to CBRE as a Real Estate Advisor.
