About Fleur Taffijn

Ruim 18 jaar werk ik met veel passie bij Eneco waarbij ik ruime kennis over de energiebranche ontwikkeld heb. Als backoffice expert heb ik een goed beeld van de behoefte van de klant, deze expertise heb ik opgedaan in verschillende functies op de Klantenservice en bij de Backoffice. Door het scherp stellen van doelen en zorgen voor meer interactie binnen het team motiveer ik collega’s om de kwaliteit en performance te verbeteren. Ik stel hoge eisen aan de kwaliteit van mijn werk, onderzoek problemen tot in detail en zie erop toe dat klantvragen volledig en correct verwerkt worden. Ik ga graag doelgericht te werk en wordt gedreven door het behalen van successen. Ook niet onbelangrijk: ik ben leergierig en niet bang voor een uitdaging!
