Flexible Pharmacy Services provides pharmacy staffing, consulting, and recruiting services for clinical consultant pharmacists, staff pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. With a pharmacist as president and CEO, Flexible Pharmacy Services understands the unique needs of our employees, vendors, recruiting candidates, and clients. We have grown in part through our abilities to find staffing or consultant pharmacists in hard-to-service areas, and also the ability to complete large or last-minute staffing and clinical consulting assignments. Clinical consultant pharmacist assignments generally serve assisted and skilled nursing care facilities, group homes for the mentally and physically disabled, and oxygen suppliers (where required). Staffing pharmacist and technician duties include assignments in long term care, home infusion, mail order, hospital, specialty pharmacies, and independent retail pharmacies.We hope for moderate, manageable growth in our client base, and explosive growth in our pharmacist talent network. We are hoping the MTM environment improves for non-point-of-sale Medication Therapy Management providers so we may solve the logistical barriers for our consultant pharmacist practice to include MTM services. We welcome opportunities to partner with other firms to create new ways to utilize our pharmacist talent pool – doing things such as off-site clinical pharmacist tasks and prescription processing.

My wife and I bought a commercial property at the peak of the real estate boom as a long-term investment. Our goal is to cash-flow our kids through college!

This is a strong neighborhood org in Crescent Hill area of Louisville, KY. I joined shortly after buying a house in 1997, then volunteered as "district rep" of my neighboring streets. From there, I kept signing up for more things, such as Volunteer Chair, then Membership Chair, then VP, President. Family and work life have pulled me away from this organization, but I credit the experience with nurturing managerial confidence that the workplace wasn't going to give me. Go volunteer for something, because you always get back more than you put in!

An absolutely solid long term care pharmacy and corporation. I learned much about the long term care industry, by working in many areas of the pharmacy - including IV services, hospice (IV), long term care consulting and dispensing departments.

A wonderful opportunity to work in an independently-owned long term care pharmacy with a customer-focused and friendly atmosphere. Tim and Dave showed me the ropes of long term care pharmacy with expertise and patience. they quickly trained me and turned me loose to provide Medication Regimen Reviews in the nursing facilities that we serviced. This new company was so successful that Omnicare acquired the company shortly thereafter and operations merged in 2000.

My first real job! I landed in a great location in Louisville, KY. Wanted to try out the "big city" life. A great opportunity and I learned much about retail pharmacy.
