Supported Cadence customers, application and pre-sales engineers through on-site, phone, and e-mail for Analog mixed signal design technical issues. Product focus included AMS Design (with Spectre and Ultrasim), Incisive NC simulator products, the Virtuoso family of front end design tools and various design languages including Verilog, Verilog A, and Verilog AMS. Lead teams and projects to devise sales strategies working with account teams and other internal customers. Interface and negotiate new product development in addition to current product enhancements with RnD organizations. Organize/develop/deliver internal technology training in person and web based. Deliver customized and standard customer training. Author and publish technical solutions, white papers and example databases to enable pre- and post-sales AE to better serve their customers.

CAD/Library Engineer – RFIC Design GroupDeveloping custom libraries for Cadence and Libra (EEsof now Agilent technology). Facilitating integration of Libra and Cadence for RFIC, to reduce new product cycle time and eliminate LVS errors. User support of all simulators and design environments (Libra, Cadence, and McSpice). Organized and managed RFIC’s move to new facility. Provide direction for contracted Macintosh user support personnel.
