Responsible for coordinating and guiding a team throughout the year and reporting to the department director.Helped organise FEP Finance Summit, the biggest student-organised finance summit in Portugal.Preparation of a presentation on macroeconomic concepts to present it to the department.

As a member of the Financial Markets Department, I traded financial assets for six weeks on a simulation account and beat the benchmark by 2.4%. I prepared an investment portfolio with carefully chosen assets to optimize the risk-return, considering the indicated investor profile. I prepared six weekly reports focused on the most relevant news in the financial world and wrote an article at the end of the first half on the stagnation of the Japanese economy. All this was presented and defended weekly before the team and the director of the department.I participated in several tournaments, such as FEP Finance Club's Trading Cup and Católica Investment Club's CIC Champions Chip 2023, which is the largest university investment portfolio competition in the country, where I learned about topics such as company valuation and financial instruments with several experts in the field.I participated in several training courses in the first and second semesters, about financial assets, technical and fundamental analysis, financial markets, LinkedIn, etc.I had the opportunity to visit several companies on Lisbon Business Trip ’22 and Porto Business Trip ’22.I was invited, along with just two other club members, to attend a CFA conference on financial markets at Ipanema Park. In addition, I was also invited, along with nine other members of the club, to be present at the Annual Meeting of Casa de Investimentos at Altice Forum Braga.
