- prepare all tours and drivers to daily work in company systems- analize the quantity of packages and implement changes- correspondence with our office and report evrything in German- correspondence with our clients and fix any problems, any complaints- driving with the car and delivered packages if was needed

- CRM systems (Sales Force, Pipedrive)- working with the orders in SAP system- mailing in english and german with other departments in the company- check evrything, analize data from orders

- daily working on the phone and help customers with their issues- mailing with other departments of the company in English and German- working with the status systems

- e-mail and telephone service of foreign clients- customer technical support (assistance in processing purchases / returns)- organization of documents and service of system programs (Salesforce, Site Manager)- cooperation with external companies

- telephone service for German-speaking clients- monitoring e-mail boxes and working according to specific procedures- solving problems of buyers and sellers- reporting of work results

- telephone and e-mail customer service in German- sales support by acquiring new contractors- order fulfillment and quality control
