Sasha is a founding partner of Flightdeck, a multi-faceted group that came to life to assist the Australian aviation industry to attract and employ workforce needs. Dedicated advocates delivering impactful programs, projects, and initiatives that raise awareness and empower individuals from all backgrounds to participate and thrive in the local workforce. Designing and delivering community centric programs that equip women with the tools, support and opportunites necessary to secure rewarding empolyment. Flightdeck champions inclusivity and provides avenues for equitable participation and fosters collaboration within industry.Flightdeck also specialises in preparing first class pilot candidates to airlines worldwide. Herself a former international airline pilot flying Airbus A330 and 340’s to all corners of the globe, Sasha has worked closely with the recruitment departments of major international airlines.
