I've been part of the wild world of game design for quite some time now, and it's been one heck of a journey. Like Bilbo, I've been there and back again, from AA to AAA to indie, and from console to mobile to live ops. Unlike Bilbo, I have no plans to retire to the Shire any time soon. What gets me out of bed in the morning is honing my craft so that each day I know more than I did before, while creating experiences for players that stick with them long after they've put down the controller. I aim to build games that aren't just weekend diversions, but become part of people's lives.I've worn nearly every hat in the realms of design, production, and leadership. Give me a challenge that needs a bit of everything - gameplay, systems, storytelling, process - and I'm in my element. I've got a knack for collaborating with teams and stakeholders to transform big, crazy ideas into achievable plans of action that lead to something fun (for both players and developers).Equally important to the games and the players who play them, are the people who make the games. There are few things better in life than serving a team as it comes together, empowering people to grow, and creating incredible, innovative things that players didn't know how much they needed.
