Responsible for implementing WFM concepts and practices into a newly centralized call center. Primary duties include creating and executing staffing models for multi-product lines to increase overall efficiencies and reduce costs. Additional duties/responsibilities include: Lead implementation of a new WFM solution for the Call Center Participate in weekly leadership meetings to promote WFM  Developing best practices and policy/procedure documentation

Responsible for managing the WFM team in a complex, multi-product environment. Core duties revolve around managing headcount to forecasted/budgeted levels, developing staffing and hiring plans for multiple product lines in order to meet the needs of our clients. Additional duties/responsibilities include: Hosting weekly meetings with product leadership in both domestic and international locations to ensure consistency and open communication between operations and WFM Integrate new WFM teams due to business acquisitions and call center consolidations, defining best practices along the way Developing and delivering internal call center reports Weekly meetings with Finance Teams to discuss budget, financial and staffing targets
