As a Producer at If Not Us Then Who? (INUTW), I am deeply involved in producing and curating programming for the Indigenous Imaginarium, where we strive to elevate and amplify the voices of Indigenous communities worldwide through powerful storytelling, film screenings, and thought-provoking discussions.Achieved Significant Outreach through the initiative, with participation from over 25 film industry experts and reaching 300+ attendees across hosted events, significantly raising awareness and engagement with environmental justice initiatives.Cultivated Strategic Collaborations that bolstered INUTW’s global presence, including impactful programming at the Hollywood Climate Summit and partnerships with Doc Society Climate Labs.

In my multifaceted and dynamic role, I have focused primarily on content creation and storytelling. This has included producing several award-winning films that have helped raise awareness of the critical issues facing Indigenous communities, managing in-house productions, and facilitating grants to Indigenous storytellers and artists. Additionally, I have played a crucial role in cross-functional policy and storytelling, internal communications, and field photojournalism, working to ensure that the stories and perspectives of Indigenous peoples are accurately and respectfully represented in all aspects of Nia Tero's work.One of my most notable accomplishments at Nia Tero has been my work on Seedcast, a 2023 Webby Nominated Podcast that brings to life stories of the Indigenous experience from around the globe. As a podcast producer and audio engineer, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of Indigenous storytellers and knowledge keepers, exploring the complex relationships between Indigenous peoples and their lands and waters. Through Seedcast, we have highlighted the critical issues facing Indigenous communities and have amplified their voices and narratives to a global audience.

As part of my master's program placement, I had the unique opportunity to participate in an immersive internship at Spoon Full Farm, where I simultaneously served as a digital media intern and farmhand. Through this experience, I gained a deep understanding of regenerative agriculture practices and how they can be communicated through strategic digital media campaigns.Working alongside the farmers, I gained hands-on experience in all aspects of the farm's operations, from planting and harvesting to animal care and soil management. As a media intern, I created a comprehensive media strategy and content for the farm's 2020 CSA campaign, using my knowledge of regenerative agriculture to showcase the farm's sustainable practices and the importance of supporting local food systems.

As a Producer at Fexy Studios, I was responsible for managing production in the field and overseeing the development of detailed shoot schedules, production plans, scripts, and travel logistics. In addition, I worked closely with my Executive Producer to obtain proper permissions, permits, and legal agreements, ensuring that all productions were executed efficiently and effectively.During my time at Fexy, I had the opportunity to work on several exciting projects, including the Telly Award-winning video production Roadfood Adventures, a captivating TV show that celebrated regional cuisine and food culture. I was also involved in the production of Captain Morgan's social media campaign, which helped to raise brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms.

Developed and built championship caliber AAU basketball program, by teaching and implementing a practice and workout regimen while developing strong relationships with players leading to a successful program.

Collaborated in a small office environment, designating roles on how to grow the production and service of our State Farm Insurance Agency. -Creatively designed strategic marketing programs that surveyed missing product lines within our book of business and pitched missing products to our clients.-Monitored and tracked customer relationship management systems(Salesforce) used in sales and administrative service. -Responsible for social media marketing(Facebook, Yelp, and Google) and outreach to the community to increase brand awareness.-Prioritized our service with existing clientele to build relationships to enrich happiness and satisfaction by organizing, emailing, calling, and setting up appointments for billing, account maintenance, and policy questions.-Collaborated with back office departments and policyholders to troubleshoot incidents regarding premium, eligibility, submitted applications, and errors.

Led a team of employees that grew a small local pet store to a successful one that competes with the most prominent pet stores in the area by managing and implementing new systems of ordering, inventory, and the layout of the floor plan. • Lead and trained a team of four employees to facilitate the daily operations of the store. • Analyzed our profit and loss data to record the growth of the business and determine the best methods of growth. • Expanded the store’s social media by creating an Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We have over 700 active followers on Facebook. • Implemented changes to the POS system that resulted in a 12% increase in revenue. • Managed time sheets, inventory, orders, customer service, and payroll. • Created and monitored promotional advertising generating an increase in the clientele by 30%. • Sales grew by 50% during my time as manager resulting in a relocation to fulfill the demand growth. • Researched the local pet food markets to determine product need, surveyed competitor's prices to make sure we were competing.
