•Writing welfare documents for a NatureScot trial on humane gull chick & egg removal to be delivered to stakeholders. This trial was deemed a success by NatureScot, with the protocols written to be sent out to pest controllers to follow when the non-lethal removal of gulls becomes allowed under license.•Overseeing & coordinating wild animal removal under license to assess condition and ensure welfare standards are maintained during removal and transportation•Posting on social media and engaging with clients and followers about the business' work
