I review current processes to implement better ones where possible and conduct training for our various sales channels on how to follow said processes. There is only one process expert in Australia so I work a lot with the global team to find the most efficient solutions for us locally.Fleet management affects all areas of the business which allows me to work with various stakeholders in different teams all across the country to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
