I have over 16 years experience working in the customer care/service industry, have secretarial and administration experience and have recently completed a FAS sponsored Computer Applications course in Portlaoise. I sat for 4 City and Guild Institute of London examinations and have achieved 4 First Class Passes in Word Processing Intermediate and Advanced, Database and Spreadsheets. I am a motivated worker, am able to work on several tasks at once and can work as part of a team or on my own if necessary. I have excellent people skills, very good computer skills and an excellent telephone manner. As part of my previous employment I had responsibility for management of a diary system for up to four people on a daily basis, dealt with making and updating appointments, dealt with customer queries and providing any relevant information upon request, invoicing, receiving and dealing with accounts both for the business and from clients, banking and handling of all monies on a daily basis and handling of certain office administration duties as required. I would have dealt with a large volume of clients on a daily basis, both face to face and over the telephone, and managed a daily appointment diary system for up to four people. I was also responsible for liaising with sales representatives and had responsibility for all ordering of required stock, instruments and sundries as required.I am currently four and a half months into a Jobsbridge internship in an Administration role, and I am currently working three and a half days per week.
