11/6/2012 – present Director of Life Enrichment/Activities Responsible for all documentation, MDS 3.0, Assessment, Progress notes, POC, IDT Versed in Visions and PCC programs Create Newsletters and monthly calendars  Raised a total of $7,500.00 for facilities fund raiser for MS, abused children, Alzheimer walk, abused animals and Wounded Heroes  Established professional relationship with Baldwin Wallace College and pioneered a program for Psychology Majors to complete their internship with our facility Created and implemented the Ten Step Program /Life Enrichment Program which empowers and enhances the self worth of the residents by giving them responsibility for jobs and light duties within the facility Successfully created ( The Star Program) behavioral programs for our two locked units, brought behaviors down by 60% and brought participation up by 70% @ this time Initiated and maintain facility store which has brought in an additional average of $ 600-$800.00 month profit Replaced all games, art supplies and purchased touch screen games, slot machine, and basketball unit for residents to utilize and more. Joined with , Angel Sending Hope a writing Program for Residents to Make and send letters of support to family suffering from disasters illness and death. Created a Reiki/Aroma Therapy room for residents, families and staff Developed “Pick of the Month Program” which allows residents to recognize outstanding staff members  Head of Volunteer Program which has brought in over 40 volunteers from the community, local churches, schools and three pet therapy dogs Initiated and maintain quarterly meetings with Activities Directors/Life Enrichment from sister facilities, head up 13 buildings at this time Created and run the Buddy up program, where our facility buddies up with other facilities and take resident to different events and lunches.
