An experienced employment consultant in employment service industry since 2010, in both Job Active and DES - DMS & ESS Contract.Currently,I am working for Jobfind Centre Cairns ESA.My role is working with disability client, predominantly with mental health issues. I look after Cairns, Port Douglas and Mossman, Tableland, Innisfail and Cardwell area where I have increased and improved the site by increasing clients attendance rate and placed them into employment. I have also built excellent rapport with local businesses and community link. Apart of my role, I am also assessing and referring clients to the right service such as : mental health QLD, ATODS, etc to ensure their barriers are being addressed and they are receiving the right treatment. During my employment, I have developed and improved experience in networking,negotiation, marketing and conflict resolution. I have also come across numerous barriers and I have been able to provide strategy, assistance and solutions.I posses communication, customer service, analytical and time management skill. I enjoy working as team or in individual set up. I have QLD open license, current Blue Card, First Aid and CPR. Also, knowledge in ESS Web, current Job Active Contract and guidelines.Currently, I have just completed Cert IV in Employment Service and in the process of completing Diploma in Community Service.
