• Set strategy and targets of PRM team,• Manage PRM team and KPIs,• Recruit, manage relations and increase communication with important partners,• Identify weakness of the products and recommend new changes on product parameters,• Identify sales obstacles in processes and recommend new changes / simplifications,• Monitoring competition, • Analyze withdrawn, reject and approval rate,• Sales proposals and opportunities,• Partner after sales,• Develop and increase the point of sales number,• Reporting Weekly/ monthly for the Partner sales and results, actions, and sales progress and KPIs,• Coaching and supporting all Partner Relationship Managers in their daily work,• Ensure implementation of approved monthly/yearly business plan for each of team members,• Ensure proper appearance IC brand in POS,• Ensure Mystery Shopping actions, according to plan,• Manage Copromo activities and marketing campaign with Partners.

- Maintain good relationships with partners so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.- Searches, negotiates and concludes collaboration agreements with new partners, in order to sell their products/services with IuteCredit Albania financing.- Attends meetings with clients to build relationships with existing Partners- Organizes trainings for Partners, in order to explain IuteCredit financing and procedure and sales training how to increase sales.- Proposes and follows activities related to marketing for each Partner- Prepares activity & production reports- Escalates and resolves areas of concern as raised by Partners
