I have broad experience in the complete software development lifecycle, from idea/inception, funding, requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, test, deployment, and operations. My teams have consistently delivered on-time and on-budget by using best-in-class tools and maintaining a strong focus on achieving business objectives. As an entreprenuer, I know the delicate balance between building a valuable product and bringing that product to market quickly and within a budget. I've led product teams and built well-reviewed products in time- and resource-constrained environments at Datalytics and 3X Systems, and am now doing it as owner of my own business, Intellovations.I have also given back to the technology community. I founded the Central Ohio Python User Group, and continue to organize it. I was co-chair of PyOhio in 2010 and Chair in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and helped grow it to the largest regional Python programming language conference, while ensuring its mission remain focused on being a conference for all (free of charge, welcoming to those who are often underrepresented in technology, and educational for all skill levels).
