Over 20 years in webdev. Starting as a designer, developer, analyst, team manager later on and eventually technical director. All this might mean nothing at all from a certain point of view, however it meant a lot to me, because I had the opportunity to understand the business from every interesting angle. With this in mind, I am working hard not to make the same mistakes I've witnessed or I've made myself in the past.However, can't get rid of the education either...Communication and public relations, new media, visual and political communication is the area which makes me stop typing and get involved in the discussion. For me, University is a well, from where I get some fresh water time to time. True, it takes a lot of effort to remain in the system (MBA, PhD), but I think after all makes total sense...Recently I've tried myself also in the public administration area. Was a great experience to see how certain things work on that part of life, and of course to realize that some things look much easier from outside. Constant learning is a "blood boiler", that was the motto for me in the last 2.5 years.
