As a professor of entrepreneurship and digital business, I strive to equip students with the necessary mindset and skillset to become effective, resilient, responsible, collaborative, and fulfilled innovators. I deliver experiential learning classes at both undergraduate and graduate level as well as through professional education programs. My teaching combines classroom-based collaboration, virtual training, and personal mentoring.My research interests are varied and opportunity-driven. So far, they have centered on the intersection between design thinking and entrepreneurship, embedding entrepreneurship education within organizations, and team-based innovation.Building reliable bridges between academia and industry is essential. Although my primary focus is on my academic work, I continue to engage with companies and non-profit organizations as a consultant, advisor, and trainer. Previous to my appointment at THI, I’ve worked in innovation consulting at the design studio IXDS and with the experience design team at PwC Germany.I am an optimist, who loves learning something new every day.
