I am Florin Lungu, a dedicated professional with a diverse background in the culinary industry, entrepreneurship, and a passion for the auctioneering and property services field. With 12 years of experience as a chef, I have honed my skills in culinary arts and developed a keen sense of problem-solving and team management.In 2015, I ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Smart Cleaning Services, a highly regarded cleaning business known for its exceptional service and customer satisfaction. As the owner and manager, I have successfully overseen all aspects of the business, including staff recruitment, equipment procurement, market research, sales, and advertising. My ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude has been instrumental in navigating various situations, ensuring a pleasant experience for both clients and team members.Currently, I am pursuing an apprenticeship in Auctioneering and Property Services (Level 6) at Ballsbridge College of Further Education. This comprehensive program equips me with the necessary knowledge and practical skills in property valuation, sales negotiation, marketing, and property management. I am eager to apply my classroom learning to real-world scenarios and contribute to the dynamic field of auctioneering.I will be furthering my experience as an apprentice at Kehoe Auctioneers in Carlow, working closely with experienced professionals to gain valuable industry insights and practical expertise.
