For this assignment at Schiphol I am part of the Capital Programme. This programme is obtained to realise a broad scala of IT developments and projects focused on the necessary (re)construction of Schiphol to continue to meet the growing capacity. I am project manager and information analyst for several IT systems to be supplied for the new Pier and responsible for the mapping of IT innovations and changes that are expected to be implemented in the new Terminal.

As CertiQ's Productowner I am responsible for the implementation of the strategic IT-roadmap. In this role I operate on strategic, as well as on tactical and operational level, where I'm heading up a multidisciplinary (SCRUM) team of IT-specialists. Development of vision on the roadmap and product (app for the issuing and trading of energy certificates), the translation of business needs into concrete requirements (epics, features, user stories), and prioritisation of workload in order to maximise added (business/client) value are my main responsibilities in which stakeholder management and analytical skills are of great importance. Advice on the organisational design of the IT security function according to ISO 2700X, analyse and advice on reduction of workload IT security backlog and organise IT security awareness workshops for IT-management, architects and software specialists. All above activities are part of a corporate wide IT-security programme.

As Business Consultant I was responsible for the development and (partial) implementation of a business driven strategic IT-roadmap according to the Novius approach for Business Transformation. By running workshops with a core working group of stakeholders an integral translation was made from strategy to execution resulting in a supported IT-roadmap including a prioritised set of IT-projects for the coming years.

The internship included a quantitative and qualitative research on the influence of leadership and work context on the extra-role and innovative behavior of employees. This research has resulted in an advisory report which has served as input for an innovation project within the organization.

The internship included a quantitative but mainly qualitative research on Sustainable Employability of Shell Employees within the Projects & Technology department in the Netherlands. This research has resulted in an advisory report with insights into the most urgent issues related to the sustainable employability of Shell employees from the Projects & Technology department. Besides some relevant interventions have been suggested.
