Ik ben Floortje, een resultaatgerichte early millennial. Na een mooie corporate carrière als jonge, nieuwe leider in de financiële wereld (>1500 FTE) besloot ik in 2019 dat het tijd was voor drastische vernieuwing. Mijn ambitie: het leggen van betekenisvolle verbindingen tussen de corporate wereld en start/scale-ups. We streven immers allemaal hetzelfde na en kunnen zo veel van elkaar leren. Mijn rol: Ik ben inmiddels actief (geweest) in diverse start/scale-ups in de energie/telco, fintech, fashion en food sector, waar duurzaamheid en de wereld net wat mooier maken sowieso een missie dient te zijn. Ik doe dit soms als angel investor en vrijwel altijd als actieve managing director/C-level collega, waarbij mijn kracht ligt om te accelereren. Mijn skills: Wat ik meeneem is vernieuwing, daadkracht en inspiratie. Ik heb veel ervaring met agile transformaties binnen client facing, operationele en engineering teams. End-to-end customer journey denken zit in mijn DNA en ik heb een passie voor klanten en collega's. Fundraising, contracten binnenhalen, een energiecrisis beter uitkomen tot verkoop van het bedrijf, er zijn zoveel waardevolle 'projecten' op mijn pad gekomen so far, dat smaakt naar meer.Ik heb er plezier in complexe, analytische vraagstukken te verduidelijken of versimpelen en breng vaak een ander perspectief mee door de 'andere' vraag te stellen. Ik sta bekend om mijn authenticiteit, enthousiasme, doorzettingsvermogen en besluitvaardigheid. Ik word blij van mensen die zich uitspreken en zichzelf uitdagen, die heel goed zijn in hun vakgebied en ook nog eens leuk zijn om mee samen te werken.Prive: Ik probeer een zo gezond, fijn mogelijk leven te leiden met mijn 2 jonge kinderen, 2 honden, ondernemende man en veel vrienden met alle thema's die daarbij passen (van vegan eten tot community werk naar hiken en terug). Ik stel mezelf elk jaar 1 persoonlijk doel, iets waarmee ik mezelf echt stretch.
