During the past years, I was given the opportunity to grow in different positions within the organization so that I could develop into a business analyst with a project management background. In the role of business analyst, I am at the core of the organization and have insight in the many company processes. I am the linking pin between the operation and the IT and translate the needs of the business to useful solutions, in which efficiency, intuitiveness and ease of use are of great importance.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS* Translating the required business processes to a new application for the business* Functional design for the CRM application (salesforce) used at international and national level by 60 countries* Functional design for the digitization of the contract & document signing for temporary workers* Translating the GDPR legislation to adjusted processes and implementing it within the systems* Setting up a structured mutation process with the aim of centralizing the branch network within the various departments and their various applications* Implementing Adecco processes such as recruitment, selection, on boarding, etc. within large strategic accounts* The migration of the data of temporary workers from competing parties due to contract acquisition * Improvement programs within strategic accounts concerning processes such as selection, onboarding, candidate management, etc.
