As the Manager of Quality and Procedures atBabel, I am responsible for monitoring and improving internal methodology, as well obtaining and keeping the official certifications that our company actually holds (ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 and 9000.3.)I also work on defining the internal processes of Babel and their corresponding indicators, being my ultimate goal to increase our efficiency and minimize our internal bureaucracy.

As a member of the Technology Consultancy Team at Babel, we offered logistics and technology solutions for one of our utilities clients.We carried a comprehensive analysis of the situation to detect risks, areas of improvement and the creation of synergies that could lead to the optimization of our client´s processes. The definition of functional improvements and its subsequent implementation transformed our client´s processes from being “obsolete” to being “feasible and worth the effort”, and resulted in a highly competitive logistics model. Responsibilities included identification of outstanding synergized areas, strategy consultancy and team management.
