Supply Chain leader of the Category Sales & Operations Planning process. Contributes to a sustainable improvement of demand and supply planning, reaching DPA over 85 per cent and CS over 99 per cent. Plays a key role in the implementation of the new demand and supply planning structure, advancing best practices and the thorough execution of the process, and building a collaborative network with the category stakeholders.

Achieves the successful execution of the tender for choosing the new third party logistics provider for the national distribution network in just three months, after the previous 3PL announced their imminent exist of the Chilean market.

Responsible for the corporate distribution area, including inbound logistics, warehousing, outbound logistics and transportation in 5 multi-category distribution centres, with an annual budget of $6.5 million USD, 12 direct-reporting employees, and 350 indirect-reporting employees. Achieves significant improvements in productivity and efficiency through the implementation of key performance indicators, the redefinition of the working methodology with 3PL providers, and the restructuration of the corporate distribution team. Among the performance improvements achieved are: the increase of 6.5 percentage points in on-time delivery, the reduction of 70 per cent of stock gaps, and the implementation of a national transportation tender, which reduced the number of providers by 80 per cent, resulting in annual savings of $200,000 USD in transportation costs, and a significant reduction of administrative work.

Develops a close collaborative relationship with the category stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance and technical functions, which contributes to consolidate the demand and supply planning process in Chile, and to increase demand plan accuracy to 82 per cent from 75 per cent, and customer service level to 98 per cent from 93 per cent in 8 months. Contributes to defining, implementing and disseminating best practices, as part of her SAP/APO Expert User role.

Develops collaborative supply chain opportunities between Nestlé and their main customers, improving customer service levels more than 5 percentage points in 6 months. Main tasks include: leading logistic projects, controlling and improving key performance indicators, implementing quality initiatives with customers, and representing their supply chain needs within the company.

Designs and implements inventory optimisation & management software, which enables up to 30 per cent reductions of stocks levels, while improving product availability. The software was implemented successfully in several companies from the automotive, retail and manufacturing industries in Chile.
