 Oversee a day program of 50-75 high school students; attendance improvement and social and emotional learning. Hire, facilitate onboard orientation, training and coaching to MSW interns from Hunter Silberman School of SW and NYU Silver; administrative supervisor to total 10 interns the last 2 years. Develop and implement social and emotional learning curriculum lessons for interns to utilize in groups. Provide direct counseling services, advocacy and crisis intervention to a cohort of high needs students. Orient, train and supervise full time Success Mentor staff responsible for providing direct case management and counseling services to 15- 20 high needs students at risk of dropping out of school and overseeing Leadership group. Directly support and implement social and emotional learning for after- school COMPASS High.  Work in close collaboration with school principals, guidance counselors, teachers, attendance teachers and pupil support team
