As the PD of Lazada logistics system, be responsible for the leadtime system, foundation(AWB and Address)requirement, take over buyer shipping fee and SSF requirement since Nov.（1） Platform leadtimeLazada Guarantee project：platform leadtime is based on the physical logistics capability, abstract multi and layering e-commerce service, build up fast and accurate service to customer. Based on the accuracy and stability of leadtime, guarantee is new added service, if Lazada breach the SLA, we will compensate to our buyer.G service can improve customer purchase rate and customer experience.（2） AWBAWB system revamp: make clear AWB use case and requirement , output the PRD and AWB system product solution. Centralized all tracking number management and AWB template management in AWB system. Provide standard tracking info service and AWB printing service to Lazada 8 system. Standard WB template and also reduce maintainance effort, fully rolled out in Lazada 6 ventures.（3） Address Buyer address：In buyer address, we use map to allow buyer input address which is more quick and accurate, then for logistics side, we reduce package fail delivery due to more accurate address. Also in instant delivery project, we use map to locate buyer address and also limit the distance between buyer and seller(only 40KMs)we provide instant delivery service. Foundation address tree，build up address life cycle management，better service platform buyer & seller address and logistics system address related requirement.Major project：ID Level5 address upgrading.

（1）Supply Chain system requirement analysisBe responsible for the requirement analysis and management of OMS,WMS,TMS system,understand the requirement of the business department,translate the requirement, write the PRD, intergrate with the technical team, push the implementation of requirement.Main achivement:OMS:Virtual inventory management,Standard the shipping order interface.WMS:Main memeber of the WMS reconstruction team, be responsile for the outbound module.TMS:Delivery routing planing function for LTL.（2）Key Customer system intergration projectCommunicate with customer's IT and business team, work together with SF internal operation team,quality team,technical team,analyze business senarios, understand the personalized system requirements.Design system intergration solution ,manage the risk and progress of the project.Push IT developing team and testing team to realize the requirement on time.Be responsible for the system implementation of the key customerm,make sure system issues solved in time during the hyper care month. （3） Supply Chain OptimizationLearn Llamasoft application,accept coaching from the Llama's consultant.developing supply chain network optimization, inventory optimization modeling capabilities, can use Llamasoft to design supply chain Optimization solution;Design network optimization solution for key customer China Resource Sanjiu, and successfully implement the solution,shorten the delivery time.

（1）3PV managementProject introduction: 3PV is the third party online cross-border eCommerce ERP system,which contain product management, order management, SCM, shipping management, CRM management and some other functions.By using 3PV, cross-border eCommerce merchant can easy manage manage marketplace,logistics supplier,shpping efficiently.Via API integration with 3PV,customer can finish label printing and closeout in 3PVs. Convenient for customers to achieve shipping function.Project role: 3PV Project Lead Project responsibilities: Responsible for Great China 3PVs integration management ;Established 3PVs integration process,standardized 3PVs documentation.(3PVs Integration Onboarding Guide,3PVs User Guide,3PVs Testing Report,3PVs Incident Dealing Process) ;3PV CRs management: collect 3PVs integration CRs, make integration CRs integration plan with each SMEs.Finish developing,testing and going-live with 3PVs;3PVs incidents dealing and analysis.Project achievement:Finish 10 3PVs official integration.Namely Tongtool, Mabang,ECCANG,iRotbotbox,Allroot,Dianxiaomi,Mango,iBay365,Sumy,ECPP.Up to now,3PVs customer account for 40%.（2）Customer onboardingNew customer system integration solution making. According to customer’s system using status and product service contract signed, making suitable IT integration solution;Customers integration implementation. Responsible for customer’s training,including system operation and product service knowledge.To ensure customer can successfully ship parcel;Responsible for customer’s account setting.Help customer to solve system issue and data issue.（3）Cross-border eCommerce marketplace integrationAccording to the contracted signed between maketplace and DHL eCommerce,make IT integration solution; Have completed integration with JD and DHGate .
