I set up and managed a highly performing department with 30 permanent staff and 200 outsourced staff. I produced the QAH Festival 2015, which had a record 114,000 visitors that year. The festival celebrated both traditional and modern heritage in the symbolic birthplace of the capital of the UAE. Responsible for delivering the event from pitch stage to completion, I managed a core team of 80 with 1,400 staff, cast, and suppliers. During that period, I also produced 15 pitches for WRG in the UK, Doha and the UAE.

HSBC celebrated its 150th Anniversary by hosting a one-in-a-lifetime ‘dinner show’, leaving its top-tier customers astounded by the show and set production and high-end delivery. The Prime Minister and celebrities attended this very intimate dinner and performance.
