Monthly closing activities:-Transportation cost for inbound and outbound, cost allocation, inbound freight cost capitalization.-OPEX accrual, Prepay amortization Miscellaneous tax, stamp duty and CIT accrual.-AR accounts Reserve rate analysis based on historical W/O data, implement Global reserve policy.Monthly review and analytic:-Prepared OPEX analysis report, analysis and explain the fluctuation on GM.-B/S analytic QoQ/YoY fluctuations, consolidate team analytic results for Management reviewing.Statuary Financial Reporting and Complaint: -US vs. CN statuary GAAP adjustments, CN statuary mapping maintain, CN Financial reports.-Monthly revenue and tax accrual reports for Tax filing;Government required statistics reporting.-Provide the SOX, Valuation and Treasury settlement required document.Annually Audit support:-Audit support and coordinate of owned company’s audit PBC list requirements.-Provides ETB and A300 reports, and drafted the Audit report’s Financial report with full Notes.-Inter-co transaction, revenue and cost detail reports and closing related requested to EY.

-Daily Oracle bill AR invoices to Sub-ledger then transferred to AP Sub-ledger for settlement.-Handled dispute on billings, followed with vendor, Retail team and Finance team for the adjustment. -Prepared monthly AR aging reports, reviewed with retail and finance for aged balance collection.-Reconciled AR accounts bal with vendors for rebate and Coop, provide supporting timely basis.-Worked with the Global System team for Oracle AR Sub-ledger launching and testing.
