As architects of growth, we leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative methodologies to deliver results that exceed expectations.Scope of my work:- Coordinating International Projects and Events - plan, organize, and coordinate international projects and events, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.- Supporting 18 Countries on Their Way to Success - provide assistance and resources to teams in 16 countries, foster collaboration, and support international initiatives.- Managing the Mental Health Training Portfolio of Develor - Oversee the mental health programs and initiatives, - Courseware Design - Design and develop courseware for training programs, especially mental health, ensure the content is engaging, relevant, and up-to-date.- DEVELOR's L&D Kaleidoscope Yearly Survey's Project Manager - Lead and manage the DEVELOR L&D Kaleidoscope Yearly Survey project, oversee survey planning, execution, analysis.- Ensures Smooth Communication - facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization, act as a liaison between departments and teams to ensure seamless operations- Reporting - Prepare and present regular reports for the Global CEO, 16 countries report to me.- Financial management of projects - Manage invoicing processes, invoicing, track expenses and maintain accurate financial records
