I worked at the bar of the restaurant "The Palm Trees" or "Bar Palmier" as a student-job on the weekends to complete my revenues during my year abroad in Belgium (ERASMUS). Missions:- Customers service: welcome the customers, install them at a table, take their order, make the order, and bring the order on the table, answer to customers enquieries;- Products offerings knowledge: know the different wines with their characteristics (grapes, production country, flavors) and types of beers on the menu, cocktail list and food allergies;- Team management: ensure communication between the restaurant staff and the bar staff to avoid order issues, make sure everything is fluent and clear, maintain motivation and ensure team well-being.

Missions:- Sales techniques: customers welcome, advice customers on products and services, seeking new customers on e-commerce platforms, perform inventory operations;- Marketing management: promote the company during external events from the main activity of the firm, create visual and written communication medias for social media advertisement.- Event management: run a raffle every Fridays'evening with a partner hostel, the goal is to promote the travel agency through a game where participants can win prizes and promotions;- Communication skills: speak in front of a public (average 40 people) in private parties or during bigger university events to promote brand's products and services, build interpersonal relationships with the customers during events or at the shop.

Missions:- Venue management: set-up the venue with precise instructions (tables, chairs, cutleries), clean the venue at the end of the event and help the catering to pack-up in order all the material;- Customer service: advise on the menu, remember allergies and dietaries of each table, serve plates and drinks on a tray at the tables, clean the dishes, build customer relationship.
