I am an educator and an educational developer, passionate about teaching and learning in higher education – online, face-to-face, and various blended modes in between. I plan and facilitate faculty development programs and support post-secondary educators in gaining confidence and competence in teaching. My graduate education, closely intertwined with my professional work, focused on Educational Technology and Learning Sciences. During my doctoral studies, I designed a protocol for Developmental Observation of Online Teaching (DOOT).
