I coordinate across departments (IT, Private Banking, Corporate, Marketing, UX/UI, Legal, Compliance) to ensure that the final product meets the strategic goals of the business.- Respect of the Agile Methodology: I create detailed user stories and IT requirements in Jira, then present them to developers during Refinement sessions to ensure alignment. I am following the others ceremonies like the Daily and Retro meetings.- Quality Control: I am in charge of testing the developed features to confirm they meet the business requirements before they go live.- User Support: I also provide ongoing support to users, helping them navigate and troubleshoot the CRM tool.- Transformation : I work on cross-functional projects within the Transformation department to ensure alignment and consistency between tools and processes.
