1. Pre-merchandiser : Development sample, costing, TNA.*Get seasonal concept from Customer. Then share to vendors to arrange co-creation design and submit brand.*Received proto sample + 3D request -> allocate to vendors--> Follow up with vendors & ensure sending on time.*Get development sample request (LC sample) from Sourcing -> Check and allocate to vendors base on their stategy, capability, capacity booking. *Tracking and ensure sample on time for LR meeting. If any issue, need to highlight to Brand and suggest alternative option like send 3D or substitute color/material...*Review the initial cost / TNA in PLM and call out to vendors if there are any unreasonable --> quote to Customer.*Follow up labdip/ strike off/ shadeband,, fabric/material own source approval.*Get bulk projection after LR meeting --> Shared to vendor for re-work on costing / TNA base on final q'ty, NDC.*Try to get finalized cost before commits due.2. Production*Get final commits for production as timeline.*Call out for labdip/ SO marginal accept if timing or best can do.*Follow up for fabric/ garment test. Focus on high risk fabric & styling. Make sure mill / factory / QA to be clear on handling process for these styles .*Work with TD / designer to update BOM/ TP/ Sketch for bulk production.*Follow for PO revision, production issue (garment shortage/overage , defect, bulk lot MA, tracking fabric/garment test ...)*Tracking order status with factory.*Work in PLM, Zymmetry, BBR - system and LF management system. Well understand system logic.*Factory visit monthly: check for output if it's correct as their report. Remind factory to follow SOP / manual .Discuss with LF QA for quality issues and try to find the best solution to meet the quality and hit delivery.Customers: Ann Taylor, Lane Bryant, Justice, Nautica.... Handle muti- categories like as Active brand (top, bottom, dress/jacket), outerwear, hosiery

*Follow up garment order from development to shipment*Get development sample request from Customer --> Sourcing fabric/ material (button, tape, zipper, label , packing trim) --> Follow up with factories or sample room and submit LC & fit sample on time. *Check w/ fty for CM cost, fabric & trim cost to make sample cost sheet. Then send to leader to re-negotiate with manager and offer to customer.*submitted all sample & SO on time for meeting --> then get bulk order recap.*After clarify --> allocate to factories for booking fabric.*Base on buyer initial T/P and adoption recap --> make BOM with clear material code / supplier and send to factory for book material.*Finalize for costing and make contract with factory. *Approved on S/O, labdip, trim color for factory & supplier to run for production.*Checking factory daily report, closely work with factories for output quantity.*Prepare QC file for final inspection.*Follow for photoshoot sample, top sample...ensure all are on time.

Received order from sale team --> working on YY and order fabric.Follow samples submission: PPS, TOP, TEST, PHOTO sample.Prepare cutting ticket (Job orders) for all departments to follow (cutting/sewing/packing/shipment)..Join all production meeting from PPM , cutting meeting, sewing meeting.Explain all details of order requirement and ensure all info is clear for production.Main customer is BANANA REPUBLIC (1 division from GAP), support some Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, POLO, Michael Kors when needed.
