As a Workshop Leader for Organic Chemistry I in Fall 2024, I hold weekly two-hour workshop sessions for small groups of students, focusing on challenging problem-solving and the practical application of lecture concepts. My responsibilities include leading these students to reinforce course material, proctoring and grading exams, and offering additional support through review sessions and office hours.
