I enjoy working on complex concepts and projects, thinking particularly about what matters to those involved using an implementation science lens. I'm interested in building bridges between social work and housing, anti racism and in understanding and using framing to build stronger narratives for change.Over the years I've been particularly involved in service transformation and integration. I also have experience designing and running engagement and facilitation with a focus on co-production, developing and delivering consultation, commissioning research, focus groups, equality and inclusion, accessibility, data analysis and evaluation.I've worked in Scotland since 2019, social work and social care since 2009, and the public/third sector since 2005. I love the fact that every day's different, and I'm happiest getting under the skin of new projects, listening and learning.
