Flora Chan is a Certified Design Thinking Facilitator who works tenaciously with the C-suite level of sponsors for non-governmental organisations, educational bodies, conglomerates, and financial institutions. Flora is an empathetic achiever fostering lifelong learning and innovative thinking for the organisations she serves. She manifests this attitude professionally and personally in all walks of life. Her fascination with bringing up people's creativity is the building block for Flora to become a successful inspirational Design Thinking practitioner. She has been the Project Leader of consumer behaviour and retail operations surveys amid COVID-19. Flora was the Head Coach of the Design Thinking Hackathon for Educational and Social Service Sectors. Before she became a Professional Design Thinker, Flora was the former Head of Human Resources of United Overseas Bank Hong Kong for over a decade. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management for banking and finance, insurance, and covering different geographical locations, i.e. Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Flora has the exposure of being the Consultant on Employees' Benefits and Coaching. She earned an Executive Master's Degree of Science in Finance from the City University of New York, and she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Outside of the office, Flora enjoys public speaking and practising Taiji.
