My journey at Skyward sees me expertly utilizing instructor guidebooks to home school year 11, 12, and 13 I.G.C.S.E students on Sociology and Psychology courses. These contain course outlines, lesson plans, information sheets, remedial and enrichment activities, a list of audiovisual materials, and copies of evaluation instruments or a written statements. I establish a safe environment conducive to learning all while revising with the student and administering internal exams.I collaboratively work with the department head, and other stakeholders to select appropriate learning experiences as evidenced in the syllabus, and use a variety of learning modalities including instructional technology to augment teaching. As I maintain course content that is current, well-organized, and relatable to course objectives, I advocate and challenge students' previous learning.It is important that I establish, assess, and report on student learning and program outcomes all while demonstrating knowledge in institutional services, policies, and library resources. I consistently conduct research on how non-cognitive factors influence student performance and present results at meetings during the convocation.

Created a conducive environment for the children and reunited 5 children with their relatives. Provided crisis prevention, intervention, and supportive counseling as needed.
