The Biennial of the Americas creates connections, builds community and inspires change across the Americas. We envision Denver and Colorado as a global community, one that is deeply connected to the Americas. We focus on the intersection between ideas, art and the power of cultural empathy. We build connections between artists, business and civic leaders, fostering collaboration and partnership across borders and industries. We engage curious innovative leaders who believe in cultivating global communities that are both inclusive and diverse. Our programs and partnerships convene, connect and inspire the next generation of leaders who have appreciation for people and planet.

Built and led community and sales initiatives to increase engagement, inclusivity and cultural arts access for new and diverse theatre attendees. Developed and implemented a strategic donation program to impact over 1,000 organizations across Colorado. Developed partnerships with businesses, civic, schools and nonprofit organizations to increase sales and deepen impact. Positions held also include: Director of Strategic Projects, Business Relations Manager and Group Sales Manager.

Developed and executed strategic community giving, marketing, public relations and social media programs to align with business and sales goals with an emphasis on increasing store sales. Implemented employee engagement, communications and culture-building strategy to increase productivity and job satisfaction for team members. Analyzed sales and customer data to anticipate trends and inform go-to-market strategy and product development. Developed and supported regional CSR efforts including sponsorships, donations, foundation contributions and events to benefit local and national non-profits.

Created and executed fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, events and strategies to increase philanthropic and charitable giving from both corporate and foundation partners. Identified, planned and executed unique events to increase museum attendance and engagement. Positions held also include: Community Relations Specialist, Promotions Coordinator and Corporate Special Events Coordinator.

Served as a consultant to national Panhellenic organization Tri Delta, advising college and university chapters across the country. Developed and promoted collegiate level leaders to ensure membership and philanthropic goals are met. Implement chapter specific strategic growth and recruitment plans as well as evaluate viability of underperforming chapters. *One year post-collegiate term.
