Flora Wynn (formerly Nguyen) is currently President of ClearWorth Financial, a leading provider of business valuation services for both public and private issuers. She also serves as Vice President of Valuation and Analytics for NOI Capital Partners. In her current capacity and as a former Wall Street analyst and investment banker, she has performed numerous business valuations for buy/sell agreements, M&A, estate/gift tax, and meeting the complex financial reporting requirements of public issuers. She specializes in SFAS 123R share-based compensation valuations, valuing and accounting for derivatives requiring bifurcation under SFAS 133, and determining the correct classification and fair value measurement for financial instruments requiring marking to market each reporting period under FASB guidance.Ms. Wynn was previously Managing Partner of Xnergy LLC, an L.A.-based investment bank.
