• Assist CEO on communicating with the key executives and staffs
• Prepare and organize the APAC commercial and Leadership meetings

• Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, briefings, and presentations for CEO and ensure timely distribution of follow-up actions to relevant stakeholders
• Plan and coordinate all the business trips for CEO
• Support Acxiom board members’ and external high-level management delegation’s visit in China
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve organizational goals,such as helping Marketing on the event management and execution
• Cooperate with recruiter to complete resume screening, interview coordination, telephone interview,salary negotiation and document preparation
• Oversee daily office operations, coordinate office supplies and equipment, handle communicationand correspondence, and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
