I specialize in helping global organizations develop and implement their DEI strategy and foster strategic partnerships. I also design and deliver learning and development programs that drive change and promote more inclusive workplaces. My consulting experience includes several global Fortune 500 companies. I have a proven track record with clients such as LVMH, Haworth International, Experian, Audi, and PepsiCo. As the consultant responsible for leading client consulting projects, I have worked with cross-cultural senior leaders, helping them better understand and navigate the challenges of DEI in a global, multicultural context and facilitating behavior change. My approach focuses on helping executives and leaders recognize and calibrate their DEI goals to their organization’s needs to ensure that their strategies and activities drive value and have a mission and business impact. I am also an experienced facilitator, often leading in more than one language in multilingual settings. I have developed particular expertise in facilitating across cultural differences, having in-depth knowledge of the unique DEI challenges and opportunities in the US, Germany and Latin America.My career includes different experiences. I am a lawyer by training with a Linguistic Masters Degree from the Universidad de Jaén, Spain, with more than twenty years of experience delivering intercultural training in Spanish and English to executives in South America, the United States, and Germany.
